Process 1: Design Creation. Upload your custom artwork.

Process 2: Digitization. The digitization process, where the design is converted into a digital format compatible with embroidery machines.

Process 3: Thread Selection. We have a wide variety of thread colors available. This allows you to choose threads that match your branding or personal preferences.

Process 4: Proof of Stitch Out. Once the digitizing is complete and thread colors are chosen a proof of stitch out will be done for you to approve or make changes accordingly.

Process 5: Once approved we will begin your decorating process!

Printing Process
1. Design Creation: The process begins with creating or obtaining a design that needs to be printed. This design is typically created digitally or drawn by hand.
2. Preparation of Screen: A fine mesh screen (traditionally silk, but now commonly synthetic materials like polyester) is stretched tightly over a frame. The screen is then coated with a light-sensitive emulsion.
3. Exposure: The design is transferred onto the screen by exposing the coated screen to UV light through a film positive (which has the design in opaque black). The areas of the screen covered by the design remain unexposed and water-soluble.
4. Washing Out: After exposure, the screen is washed with water. This process removes the unexposed emulsion, leaving a stencil of the design on the mesh.
5. Setup: The prepared screen is then mounted onto a screen printing press, which holds the substrate in place underneath.
6. Printing: Ink is applied onto the screen, and a squeegee is used to evenly push the ink through the mesh screen onto the substrate. The ink only passes through the open areas of the stencil, transferring the design onto the substrate.

Quick and easy to work with. I reached out to Lara a few weeks ago to embroider some shirts for our small company. I only had a jpeg image and she assisted me with getting our logo converted to the proper format and then picked up the clothes from my office. Less than 2 weeks later and she had dropped off the finished product which looked great. She even checked in with me on the final placement and look of the logo.
